Delivery Policy

Upon purchasing your sessions via website, in person, or over email, you will be contacted by SCLPT. to make your session booking. These time slots are 45mins and we ask you to arrive 15 mins before your first session to ensure all medical history and forms have been acknowledged. Session times can be booked as reoccurring appointments or as need be.
Available time slots will be provided by SCLPT. via email, and will require an email or text response to confirm the booking.

Gift vouchers and all bookings have an expiry date of 3 years after purchase.

Refunds Policy

SCLPT. Wants you to get the best out of your session. If for whatever reason you’re not completely satisfied with your experience, please  detail the reasons why in an email to alex@sclpt.com.au, we will arrange for a complete refund. The refund will be delivered within 2 days after the request, into the nominated bank account.

Please note, gift vouchers cannot be
refunded or exchanged for cash.

Cancellations

In the event that you can no longer attend your booked session, SCLPT. requires 24 hour notice for all cancellations. It will be the responsibility of the client to make contact within this time frame and organise an additional session.
